Jen was truly incredible to work with from beginning to end in the home buying process! She was flexible with texting versus calls as I work full time and am busy myself which made communication so easy. Jen couldn't have been more patient with all the questions I had as a first time home buyer. Being very personable, when looking at different homes she had various and unique ways of describing how she could see and if I could see myself and my kids at the specific home, ultimately leading me to a glorious neighborhood that's kid friendly. She was never pushy, and made sure I was thoroughly okay with what was going on in the process. When I found the home I loved, we had a snag and Jen endlessly worked to make it work. She went as far as calling the county for records of the home to make things work and have accurate information. She figuratively held my hand all the way to closing and explained to me in very basic terms what was going on. Jen was also incredible at communicating with the sellers for me when I had questions before closing.

I would 10/10 recommend Jen to any buyers, specifically first time home buyers if you want every step explained to you thoroughly and daily communication of where you are in the process.
